Cruella Displays Her Cuddly Side At Helen Woodward’s Companion Animal Hospital

101 Dalmatian Characters Take Over Veterinary Duties this Halloween…

Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.  (Oct. 31, 2023) – October 31st provides chills and thrills to boys and girls of all ages.  This Halloween, however, it’s the puppies who may want to watch their tails when walking through the doors of Helen Woodward Animal Center’s Companion Animal Hospital.  Chief Veterinarian Dr. Angela Gaeto and the resident veterinary staff are celebrating the season portraying the classic Disney characters from One Hundred and One Dalmatians.

Helen Woodward’s animal hospital for the community not only offers state-of-art health services for beloved pets but it also boasts a group of the most enthusiastic animal-lovers in the city.  While 101 staff members is a stretch, today’s visitors will meet 10 vet techs dressed as dalmatian puppies overseen by the hilariously stern gaze of the hospital’s Chief Veterinarian portraying Cruella de Vil.

“I’ve been re-thinking this costume,” stated Chief Veterinarian Gaeto.  “It seemed adorable when we planned it but I hope it goes without saying that I dedicate my life to helping animals, not harming them.  I mean, sure, I’d love to snag every puppy I meet and take it home with me, but not in a careening van and not for anything but cuddles and playtime.”

To meet this incredible staff of animal-lovers, schedule your pet’s next veterinary visit at Helen Woodward Animal Center’s Companion Animal Hospital.
