“Whose idea was this?” Cheshire was not pleased at first to hear that she was the lucky feline chosen to pose for our #FourthOfJuly photoshoot. However, she got into a groove once she saw how cute she looked in the photos.

Started from the bottom, now she’s here! Former Bottle Baby Fudge arrived at the Center on April 7th. Since she and her two siblings had no mother, they required around-the-clock care from our devoted fosters to keep them growing. Almost three months later, Fudge and her siblings are thriving and are set to hit the adoption floor by this weekend.

Who knew that foster kitten Ursa would have the capability to take down her foster sibling Polly? This saucy little kitty came to us in May as a bottle baby. Now, she is reaching her 8-week mark and is expected to be available for adoption soon!

We have a very special tale for this Tuesday!
On the hottest day of the spring in mid-April, these four kittens were stashed away in an abandoned Mercedes at a collision center in San Diego. With no food or water, the lives of these three-week-old babies were saved by an employee who brought them to the center. Our dedicated fosters nursed them to perfect health and socialized them for two months. They are now happy, healthy, and hilarious. Today was their first day in our cattery, and they were hamming it for the camera! Happy Life to Sugar, Frosting, Cake, and Sprinkles!

Spring is finally available and waiting for her forever home in our cattery right now! Here’s what her foster has to say about her:
“I’ve had Spring since Feb and she will go up for adoption tomorrow. She has been through so much. She started off dreading a touch and did not know how to play. She has turned into such a healthy, sweet, affectionate, and playful young cat. Tomorrow will be heartbreaking to say goodbye to my little buddy, but she is ready to have a forever home and live her best life. And that’s what we do. Foster proud!”

#ThrowbackThursday to one of our first litter of the season! These kittens have found their home, but their momma Salma is still prepping for her adoption day.

Ursa came to us at just days old without a mother. Our foster and medical teams acted quickly, and she became one of our first bottle babies this season. Our dedicated fosters have been bottle feeding her throughout the day and night, and she is now starting to eat solid food at four weeks old. Her foster family says she is so bonded to her people and always ready for a play session. Keep growing strong, baby Ursa!
