Reservation Policy

• Reservations must be made in person or by phone (8587564117, Option 2) between the hours of 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week. We do not accept voicemail, fax or email requests. Office is closed on major holidays.

• A current credit card is required to confirm your reservation.

• Current health and vaccine information must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to checkin. You may fax veterinarian verification to us at 8587564715.

• Current veterinary verification must be must be received AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO CHECKIN DATE. You may send via fax: 8587564715, email: clubpet@animalcenter.org, or US Mail: Club Pet Boarding, PO Box 64, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067. Please include your name and reservation date in your correspondence.

• We book reservations two months at a time. We start booking for reservations beginning the next available month on the first day of each month. Holidays and other high occupancy periods book up quickly, so please plan accordingly.

• "Side by Side" Suites are available for all sizes of canine kennels to provide more spacious accommodations and allow for separation of house mates as needed. Please reserve two kennels of the same size and request "Side by Side" Suites. If you have multiple pets that must be separated for feeding or other reasons, you must reserve Side by Side Suites. We cannot physically separate pets that share the same Suite.
