Husky pups arrive….
Seven puppies. Eighteen days old. When a call like that comes in, we go into high gear. We know that every minute counts with puppies that young that need to be fed regularly and kept warm. The shelter that had them could not care for them so they called to ask for help.
We immediately went and picked them up. Formula was waiting back at the Center and when they arrived, they were cuddled and fed. They looked like they would be part Husky as they all had little masks. The fosters were delighted to meet them, wrapped up their precious bundles and took them home to settle in.
We received reports often and were pleased at how well they were doing. They grew and thrived, gaining weight steadily. Before we knew it, they were old enough to alter. It was an exciting day for us. They were so big! We all gathered around and proclaimed how beautiful they were. The fosters beamed, proud of their puppies.
Soon they will be available for adoption and find their forever homes. We are thankful that the shelter called us and thankful that we had such wonderful fosters that raised such sweet puppies.
